A few days ago, I was talking about the new payment reminders sent by ebay against seller's will. Here's a copy of the email a buyer will receive after 48 hours:
"Hi (buyer),
Thanks for your recent purchase on eBay! Please remember to pay for your item so that the seller can ship it to you as soon as possible. Thanks again for shopping on eBay!"
The title of the email is: "Don't forget to pay for your (name of your item). Thanks!"
I don't like this at all. Non payer won't pay regardless, and good buyers might get upset. Personally I don't expect payment to be instant, and I certainly don't send reminder before at 6-7 days. With this new improvement, buyers might feel annoyed after the first email and harassed after the second one (send after 4 days).
