I guess this is some kind of response from paypal to the Google checkout promotion currently going on. I mean, we don't see Ebay/Paypal offering anything to anyone!

So what's the trick? You will receive your cashback (into your paypal account) by december 10th and you need to signup to qualify. You can signup here: https://www.paypal-marketing.ca/holiday/en/

The offer is valid until december 2 and you need to shop from ebay canada website (ebay.ca) otherwise no cashback.
